Service 1st Pest and Lawn Management is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service for our clients. We are a locally owned and operated company based in Denton, TX and we service the DFW metroplex and all of its surrounding communities.

Each of our technicians is an equal owner in the company. When you meet with a company representative, you are meeting with someone who has a vested interest in your satisfaction and is able to make decisions on the spot. Our team has extensive knowledge in the structural systems of your home or business, giving them unique insight into pest infestations and how to treat them.

Our Team

Blake Williams: Blake is a Certified Applicator with licenses in Pest Control, Termite Control, Weed Control, and Lawn and Ornamental Pest Control. Blake has 13 years experience in the pest and lawn care business and is also a licensed Professional Home Inspector.
Jason Minor: Jason is a licensed Technician in Termite Control and a licensed Professional Home Inspector.
